- According to SEIO agreements, members of Real Sociedad Matemática Española (RSME), Sociedad Española de Matemática Aplicada (SEMA), Societat Catalana de Matemàtiques (SCM), Sociedade Galega para a Promoción da Estatística e da Investigación de Operacións (SGAPEIO), Sociedade Portuguesa de Estatística (SPE), Associação Portuguesa de Investigação Operacional (APDIO), Sociedade Brasileira de Pesquisa Operacional (SOBRAPO), Asociación Colombiana de IO (ASOCIO), Sociedad Colombiana de Estadística (SCE), Sociedad Ecuatoriana de Estadística (SEE), Sociedad Mexicana de Investigación de Operaciones (SMIO) and Sociedad Española de Biometría (SEB) will be considered as SEIO members regarding Fees. It will be mandatory to be member of the corresponding society before 01/01/2021. It will be necessary to send a document proving the membership.
- Students, unemployed and retired people must prove their condition.
- Accompanying person’s fee covers coffe breaks and the whole social program of the conference.
- Statistics Institute Employee's Fee covers the attendance to the XII Jornadas de Estadística Pública. They must prove their condition.
Documents to prove the different conditions must be attached when the payment is carried out.
Registration dates
- Early: Until February 28th, 2021
- Regular: March 01st to April 04th, 2022
- Last Oportunity: April 05th to May 30th, 2022. After May 31st, Conference fees will be paid in the conference registration office.
Cancellation policy
In case participation is decided to be cancelled, participants will be reimbursed after DISCOUNTING a percentage associated with the management expenses, in accordance with the following rates :
- Before March 15th, 2022: 20%
- Before April 12th, 2022: 40%
- After April 13th, 2022: no reimbursement

Visit Alhambra
Tomorrow, Thursday, we will visit the Alhambra. 1. At 7:00 p.m., buses will start leaving from the door of the Hotel Granada Center (in front of the door of the Faculty of Sciences) 2. Upon arrival, groups with guides will be organized. 3. There will be groups in English language. These groups will wait at the destination until the arrival of all buses. 4. After the visit to the Alhambra we will walk to the Carmen de los Mártires to have a cocktail. 5. On the way back, we can go back by bus, which will leave from the same place where they left us at the Alhambra. 6. Although the way to the Alhambra by bus seems long, it really is close to the city. We invite you, whoever wishes, to go down for a pleasant walk. 7. Do not forget to take your Alhambra ticket and your identity card or passport. The document must be the same whose number matches the ticket number you have.

Gala Dinner
It opens the possibility that anyone who is registered for the conference, and wants non-registered companions to attend the gala dinner, can do so by paying the price of this dinner (80 euros VAT included).
