Algoritmos heurísticos para problemas reales de reubicación dinámica de vehículos de emergencias sanitarias

Los Servicios de Emergencias Sanitarias desempeñan una labor imprescindible para la sociedad, que consiste en prestar una atención médica cualificada en el menor tiempo posible. La importancia de las ubicaciones de las bases de las ambulancias es indiscutible, pero su localización inicial, aun en el caso de que fuera óptima, no permite mantener el mismo nivel de servicio cuando las ambulancias se envían a atender las emergencias y dejan de estar disponibles. En este contexto surgen los modelos de reubicación de ambulancias. En este trabajo se proponen algoritmos heurísticos para la reubicación dinámica de vehículos en tiempo real, que se basan en la definición de escenarios, es decir, en las condiciones idóneas para llevar a cabo la reubicación. Para la determinación de los escenarios se efectúa un análisis de solapamientos de isócronas. Se realizan experimentos computacionales y se mide la eficacia de los algoritmos con datos basados en el caso real de la provincia de Valencia.

The document must be the same whose number matches the ticket number you have.
