Análisis de emociones y sentimientos en twitter del proceso de vacunación en España a través de Machine Learning

La pandemia del COVID-19 es una de las mayores amenazas de la historia reciente. Hasta el momento no ha habido signos de remisión, y no existe una cura efectiva probada. Por ello la vacunación es la principal medida sanitaria de prevención. Sin embargo, los prejuicios o sentimientos del público general y la clase política, reflejados en las redes sociales, pueden tener un impacto significativo en la progresión hacia la inmunidad colectiva.
Presentamos aquí un procedimiento basado en la combinación de técnicas de machine learning, en particular el análisis de sentimientos, con métodos de análisis estadístico multivariante, que permiten evaluar el estado mental o de ánimo de España sobre el proceso de vacunación a partir del análisis de tweets desde febrero 2020 a diciembre 2021.
Podemos concluir que este tipo de análisis podría ayudar a evaluar el estado de ánimo de los ciudadanos y a calibrar el apoyo social a las políticas orientadas a mitigar los efectos de la pandemia.

Visit Alhambra
Tomorrow, Thursday, we will visit the Alhambra. 1. At 7:00 p.m., buses will start leaving from the door of the Hotel Granada Center (in front of the door of the Faculty of Sciences) 2. Upon arrival, groups with guides will be organized. 3. There will be groups in English language. These groups will wait at the destination until the arrival of all buses. 4. After the visit to the Alhambra we will walk to the Carmen de los Mártires to have a cocktail. 5. On the way back, we can go back by bus, which will leave from the same place where they left us at the Alhambra. 6. Although the way to the Alhambra by bus seems long, it really is close to the city. We invite you, whoever wishes, to go down for a pleasant walk. 7. Do not forget to take your Alhambra ticket and your identity card or passport. The document must be the same whose number matches the ticket number you have.
