La técnica de Diferencias en Diferencias aplicada a la evaluación de programas sanitarios públicos de prevención del cáncer de mama

La evaluación del impacto de una política pública es una técnica cuantitativa muy eficaz, que ofrece evidencias empíricas complementarias sobre si la intervención pública funciona. El objetivo es evaluar el impacto de la adhesión al programa del Proceso Asistencial Integrado de Cáncer de Mama (PAI-CM) en la supervivencia de mujeres residentes en la provincia de Granada, diagnosticadas por primera vez en el año 2011, a través de la técnica econométrica Diferencias en Diferencias (DID), que estima la ecuación:

G = 1 grupo tratamiento, 0 grupo control.
T = 0 línea base, 1 línea final.
De los datos del estudio aquí presentados, se puede inferir que la política pública de aumento de la eficacia del tratamiento sanitario del Cáncer de Mama mediante el diseño y aplicación del PAI-CM es eficaz, medido en el aumento de los días de supervivencia, con incrementos en 105 días o 352 días, dependiendo de las variables introducidas en el modelo.

Tomorrow, Thursday, we will visit the Alhambra. 1. At 7:00 p.m., buses will start leaving from the door of the Hotel Granada Center (in front of the door of the Faculty of Sciences) 2. On the way back, we can go back by bus, which will leave from the same place where they left us at the Alhambra. 6. Although the way to the Alhambra by bus seems long, it really is close to the city. We invite you, whoever wishes, to go down for a pleasant walk. 7. Do not forget to take your Alhambra ticket and your identity card or passport. The document must be the same whose number matches the ticket number you have.
